Our Methodology

How it all works

Sloan Wellbeing programs are outcome focused. To achieve an organisations desired results we have developed a simple three-step process;

Step 1 - Identify

We use our audit and risk assessment tools to identify health risks of employees and from this calculate the productivity and operational risk impacts to the organisation. The outcomes from this process determine an organisations plan to manage and improve employee health and hence the health of the organisation.

What you can expect from this step:

• measure the health profile of the organisation: analysis and identify areas of risk for the individual and the organisation
• review current people productivity measures and corporate goals
• determine risks, and set objectives and indicators to measure improvements

Step 2 - Change (Motivate and Educate)

As an outcome of Stage 1, we provide advisory, which are designed to specifically target areas for change.

What you can expect from this step:

• educate and encourage behaviour change to address health and productivity risks

• identify and introduce program activities

• define services that meet the organisations budget and needs.

Step 3 - Assess

At this stage we re-measure the improvements made as a result of health interventions, and organisational change.

What you can expect from this step:

• improve people productivity measures, such as absenteeism.

• reduction in health risks such as stress, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and performance improvement.

• improvements to people attitudes and oganisational culture.

• review corporate goals and programme benefits realisation
