Benefits

Employees - Confidential interactive assessments of their own health & well-being, practical information they can trust and information to guide them to proactive personal or corporate intervention programmes.

Organisations - Using analytical tools and aggregated predictive data,
“Well Check,” provides a health & well-being profile of your business that support
your other key people measurements, and help to proactively manage
organisational change and development.

What is so special about this assessment?

This assessment is the first of its kind in that it explores new territory by combining aspects of physical, social health, cultural and other determinants of absence and productivity which have hitherto been treated in isolation.

The unique aspect of this assessment is linking these issues to an employees ability/desire to attend work (absenteeism) and their productivity at work (presenteeism) combined with the organisational behaviours that effect productivity and combine to map the operational risk to the business.

What will your organisation get out of it?

Results will be quantifiable (How much is it costing) in terms of the value associated with each of these issues, providing companies with a valuable, but often missing element for justifying the investment in risk mitigation strategies.

On completion of the assessment, participating companies will be given an online measurement dashboard which include analysis of risk factors that effect your operational and productivity exposure.
